As the title reads, I’ve upgraded computers to a 2022 MacBook Air running Ventura 13.1.
I have added the printer to my network via WiFi and downloaded the latest Software/Driver version 16.70.0.0
Everytime i go to print it shows “Support Code 2101 - the paper size in the print settings and size of loaded paper do not match.”
I’ve changed all of the paper settings, made sure that the default under my Mac OS default is US Letter (which is what i have loaded). I can’t even print a Test Page without getting the same error code.
Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you!
