Title fonts randomly skipping letters/words

I'm printing a report of questionnaire replies in a document mixing text and graphics on my MX922.

It appears that upper case title and sub-title fonts are randomly skipping one or more letters or even entire words. Regular body text (smaller font) is printing satisfactorily. I've updated the driver to the latest version as well as the firmware. Other people printing the same report are not having this problem. I am not having this problem printing other documents.

Hi johnF1,

Since this only happens with this one document, try saving the document directly onto your computer and then try to print it out. If that does not work, you can try saving this document as a pdf or jpeg and then try to print.
