I printed color images on glossy paper after 7 months of purchase Canon MG 3200. Colors are dull and washed out. Searching on internet I saw that many people have the same problem but I have not seen any response from Canon. Good customer service!!! Apart from returning it for not fit for purpose what can we do?

Hi John
I just replace the toners, original Canon CL-541XL, PG-540XL, the printer is 5 month old but first time when I printed photos. I tried adjusting colours but goes from bad to worse. I haven't found in the e-manual guide any information. I did tests changing Color Handling, Rendering Intent. Profile RGB. It is time consuming and I don't have it. It is not fit for purpose.
Thank you for your help
Vicky
