My MG3500 isn't working, when I'm about to print something it shows a message saying that the printer is not responding what should I do?

Hi omargn23
As I understand, that you have a printer MG3500 Series and the printer is not responding.
This issue might be driver related,
Kindly provide me the following information,
1) Computer Operating System
2) Printer Connection Method (USB Cable or Wireless)
It could be due to the following reason,
* Setup was not done properly
* Windows update
* Disconnecting cable while printer in use
Rest assure that with a proper setup, the printer will be running as per normal again.

I am also getting the "printer not responding" message. I've run the troubleshooter on the printer, and all tests come back positive (no problems).
If you have any ideas, I would appreciate help fixing this.
