TS9521C Problem

pslane1

My Canon printer (TS9521C) has been working fine and used just recently but tonight when I went to print a document, only blank pages came out. Never had this happen and my cartridges are all full.  What can I do or who can I contact?  My printer was purchased on August 27, 2020.

Hi,

To begin troubleshooting, I recommend printing a nozzle check directly from the printer. Please click HERE for the steps. Once the nozzle check prints, please click HERE to compare it to a sample. If the nozzle check does not match, you can perform a nozzle cleaning by selecting All B in the option that will appear after the nozzle check prints.

In that article that has the sample nozzle check, there will be links lower on the page that cover how to perform a nozzle cleaning and deep cleaning should the first cleaning not resolve the issue.

If the nozzle check comes back good, there may be a issue with the printer driver and we would need to know what version of Windows or Mac OS you are running and to know what you are trying to print ex: word document, labels, a pdf file that was sent via email, etc.

Thank you,

Since I posted this I have discovered that my ink cartridge PGBK was too low and was the cause of nothing at all printing on my paper.  Usually when a cartridge is low, the printer will refuse the print at all, instead of printing a blank page, so this was new to me.  Thank goodness that was all it was.  Thank you so much for your reply.
