Hi - I just set up my brand-new TS9120 and linked it to my Windows 10 PC, using the wireless network facility and it is taking a VERY long time to transmit scans to my PC; approximately 90-120 seconds after the scan has completed!
While I am waiting, I am also unable to do anything with the "Image Garden" program; it acts as if it is completely 'frozen' until the scanned image suddenly pops up on the PC screen.
I cheked the following:
2. Network DIagnostics:
2-1 Diagnostic Result: "There is no problem with the settings or envrionment"
2-2 Result Codes: c-0,c-9
3. Wireless LAN
3-2 Infrastructure:
3-2-1 Signal Strength = 75%
I do not see anything wrong, and this is very frustrating - I bought this printer primarily to scan in documents and receipts, and to have to wait 3 minutes in between each document before I can anything with it is really aggravating! Please help!
