My TS9120 was working fine yesterday. I went to print something today and it said no paper in tray, there was. I tried again and again and get the same message Paper Jam. I put the tray back in with fresh paper and it pulls all the sheets through at once. The paper is therefore stuck, I remove it and it's the same thing. I have tried multiple times. Same thing. I shut it off and restarted same issue. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
