TS9020 just spits out Plain pages

Hello Friends at Canon,

 

My canon TS 9020 has been printing blank pages, when "printing" Black or Color. It sounds like the Printer is going through the same motions and sounds as if actually printing. The thing is I don't really use this Printer that much, so this problem seems kind of premature??

 

Steps completed:

Cleaning 

Deep cleaning

Print head alignment 

Nozzle check

replaced ink (PGBLK)

I started having this exact same problem with the exact same printer. I can print out test pages from the printer itself which look fine and indicate there are no issues with the printer head, but if I try to print anything from my comptuer (word doc, pdf, webpage), the pages print blank.

and I should note I also followed the same steps with no solution.

Since it can do a test print from the printer but not the computer then it would most likely be a driver issue. So we could best assist you, we would need to know what version of Windows or Mac OS you are running.

Since the replacing the ink,  cleaning and deep cleaning cycles did not resolve the issue there may be a internal issue with the print head.

Hey, i am using canon TS 9020 and i haven't feel like this i am using this printer from last 2 months if you get the answer let us know that will help me in future if i had the same issue. MyLowesLife
