Frustrated with printer, especially since it worked correctly when I first got it. Now it won't feed from back when set to do so. Also it always pulls one sheet of plain paper through before it prints on a second sheet.
Another issue; I bought this printer so I could print greeting cards. I use 85# weight card stock, which I was assured would work. I want to feed from rear and be able to send card back through to print on other side. I can't figure out how to orient the paper to feed thru so card prints correctly on inside. I am using Hallmark CardStudio 2019. I believe this product is no longer available or updated
