I have a TS5120, purchased in 2018, wirelessly connected to a Windows 11 machine, purchased in 2021. The printer has been working perfectly for as long as I've owned it, through two computers and my phone, until yesterday, when it started claiming it was "offline." I've cycled the power to both it and the router, and reinstalled it, and I don't know what's wrong. I've now spent several hours trying to get it to work. The bot on the website was no help at all, and I'm frankly livid that Canon doesn't provide free customer service anymore. I'm not spending $20 for some dude who barely speaks my language to tell me he doesn't know and I should buy a new printer. Can one of you fine people please tell me why I suddenly can't print? Thank you

Hi,
Since power cycling and reinstalling did not resolve the issue, try to manually reconnect the printer to your network using the steps HERE.
