TS5020 not printing test page correctly on first time start up

Hello Support,
I am at the point in the start up of my new TS5020 where the test page gets printed.
My test page looks nothing like what I see in the instruction manual or on any YouTube videos for this printer.
I tried printing the test page twice with the same results.

I haven't gone any further in the installation process so I need to know if what I am seeing is correct or what my next steps are to fix this problem.

I sent that printer back and ordered another one.
That set up worked flawlessly. I didn't have any problems with the installation or when i got to the part where I needed to print the test sheet for the print head alignment.
All is well now.....
