TS3522 Initial Set Up Trouble

Spent all morning trying to get this thing to work uugg first gave me printer can't be found then printer needs to be downloaded then error E o 3 5  then error P 0 2 0 I'm not happy about this it shouldn't be this hard to get started RIGHT??
