Hi, helping a friend out. The TS3522 the paper will load initially but will not go into the printer to print. It goes part way down and you can hear the mechanism seemingly working, but the paper doesn't go any further than the initial pull. I looked or paper in the machine, I did the tools 7 after that it gives me the error 03 paper stuck.
I looked inside pretty thoroughly and find nothing. I really don't want to take it apart. At the price of sending and repair it isn't worth it.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Please remove all of the paper from your TS3522 and then please disconnect the power cord.
Once done, please look down through the paper path to check for jammed paper / foreign objects.
Next, please open the front cover and look in the area around the ink for jammed paper / foreign objects, making sure to look in the extreme left and right sides.

If the error persists, your PIXMA TS3522 would require service. If your PIXMA TS3522 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options.
