Hi, helping a friend out. The TS3522 the paper will load initially but will not go into the printer to print. It goes part way down and you can hear the mechanism seemingly working, but the paper doesn't go any further than the initial pull. I looked...

Trying to help a friend out. They have a MX860 series. They put new black cartridges in, and they show full. Tried taking them out and shaking them and putting them back in. Did the duty cleanings. It will scan and send to the pc a picture correctly....
