TS3520 AIO Pixma Printer brand new but paper feed not working?

I just recently bought this printer and now I am having issues with the paper feed at the back of printer. It is not picking up my paper? I did run the paper feed clean by pressing setup till 7 shows but it is not helping. I would appreciate any who can help.

Based on the steps you have taken, you have done what I would have recommend to try and resolve the issue.
