TS 6020 Won't Turn On

I have a TS 6020 printer that's been working fine, but now all of a sudden the light will turn on when I press the power button but nothing else responds at all. The screen won't turn on, and my computer says the printer is offline even when I have it plugged in via USB. I found a video online that showed how to do a hard reset (holding the power and stop buttons, pressing the stop button 5 times, etc.) but that didn't fix it. I've also tried leaving it unplugged for a little bit to let it reset and plugging it into a couple different outlets but that didn't change anything either. Anyone know what to do about this? Thanks!

The printer will require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
