After clearing a paper jam, which involved briefly removing (and replacing) power cord, printer will not operate. Troubleshooting function detected no solvable problems. Computer does not seem to be finding the printer. Touch screen does not illuminate.
Any thoughts or previous experience with this problem?

The link you provided me was mainly a product description page. Nowhere could I find a means of asking to speak to a live person. The chat bot was unable to help and should receive at least two demerits.
