My TR8520 was working just fine until a few days ago. Now, when I scan a 5 page document, the PDF created only shows 3 pages. I have tried over and over, but the PDF will only show 3 pages. I'm not sure what the problem is? I can't seem to get through to the Customer Service number at all because for some reason my telephone number isn't recognized. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
