I just got a TR8520. When I go to settings on the touch screen and do Auto Ink and then next I got a message that says This service is not available. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi ashear.
Make sure the TR8520 is connected to your wireless network, and that it has access to communicate with the internet (outside of your network).
