PIXMA iP8740 Encoder strip compatibility

Hello, I live in a country where there is no canon certified service. Printer – Canon PIXMA IP8740

My encoder strip is too loaded. Cleaning doesn't help. I'm trying to find a similar replacement to take to a local mechanic. But I can't find it. Maybe other strips are compatible with this printer?
