TR7520 not printing till I run Windows 10 Troubleshooter

It pretty much as the title says.  The Printer (TR7520) works perfectly fine except it won't print and stalls in the spooler till I run Windows Troubleshooter.  Then it'll print like usual and the troubleshoot find no issue and then I'll close it till I need to print again.  The Spooler does say "Attention Required" but no clue what attention is required.  Hense me running the troubleshooter in the first place.  Please advise.  NOTE: The printer works perfectly and flawlessly with my Phone. (Note10+) And I get this same issue no matter what computer I try to print with.  Oh, and the printer is set up as a network printer.  Running Canon's MP Drivers ver 1.02 and up-to-date firmware.  As far as I can tell, set up correctly.

 

Thank you for any advice to resolve this issue.
