Synopsis - Canon Installer somehow installs printer/scanner in windows, but the installer does not reconize the USB connection nor will it proceed past this section of the installer.
Note - I cannot use wireless in this location; it must be USB.
When the installer is ran, it will not reconize the USB cable or connection. However, the Canon Installer installed it in windows and prints perfectly fine in windows even though it doesn't reconize the USB cable and is stuck on this page.
I have completely removed drivers, rebooted, changed printer cables, redownloaed, and reinstalled countless times.
Printing does work.
However, my problem is I cannot download the IJ Scan Utility to scan documents. The Install Package will not go past the USB not connected page.
All i need is the IJ Scan Utility tool, how can I obtain this?
I cannot access it through the only all-in-one install offered from Cannon.
