TR7020 multifunction printer - turns off, how can I have it available 24X7?

It is in another room from where I usually am working and deciding to print. Invariably I get the "printer not found" and have to get up from my work to go into the other room and press "Start" or the power button.

cannot find a setting within the printer software, please help
