I have a 3235i Imagerunner. I have spent a great deal of time on the e-manual and the obvious appears to be hiding from me.
1. Can I scan directly to a particular folder (it is connected to computer via USB, just one computer connected to it)? Do I have to have a server?
2. I have a fax line connected to it (I have Ooma service). Is there a way to run a diagnostics check? Having trouble with faxes coming in and going out and I am trying to narrow down what the issue is.

That is a bit frustrating. Is there anything you can tell me. I imagine there is similarity between the various model software.
