Unable to download software and manual for PIXMA TS3722

I am trying to download the software and manual for my Pixma TS3722. I keep getting the following error:

Yes I am. Also I am trying to figure out how to update the firmware for the printer as well

There is not a firmware update for the TS3722 as of yet.

Thank you Derrick. That’s pretty odd that there isn’t an update for the firmware, because my pc laptop says there is. However, I couldn’t find one. 
Do you think that you could assist me with getting my iOS phone 15 plus to connect to the printer please? I have been trying to get this setup ever since I bought the printer 3-4 months ago

You can use Apple Air print from the apple store or Canon print app, then make sure that your phone and printer are on the same wifi or use direct print connection as seen here:

I viewed the YouTube and noticed a slight difference in the setup verses what Canon was. However, I did try out AirPrint, but here’s the kicker, I was able to print from my phone.
