Scanning problem with model MG4250

Hi, Having problems trying to scan a document to the PC. Message reads 'Set the PC to start scanning' . Really not sure what this means , can you help please ?

Hi, I have a new Canon Pixma TS6020 and it is the pits! Will not scan, just keeps taking me from screen to screen on the printer itself. Anybody have ideas??
