So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, search our knowledge base or contact our US-based technical support team at http://canon.us/SupportCF
Thanks and have a great day!
Are you able to print wirelessly?
What operating system are you using, Windows or Mac?
What version of Windows (or OS X) is installed on your computer?

This is a 6 yr old thread. Chances are each of you is running a different operating system. Both have a different issue.
I recommend you start your own threads. They should include the model of your Canon device, the operating system (build and version) you are using the printer with, how it is connected, and to what?
Any troubleshooting steps you have performed, and any error messages you have observed. This will ensure the fastest response.
