I have a Canon TS3100 series and am confused about how to make a copy and reduce the size of the document I am trying to copy. Can you help?

There is more than one way to control Page Scaling.
The program you are printing from could offer this adjustment.
In the Canon Software, click the Page SetUp tab and then the "Scaled" option in Page Layout. This will aloow you to reduce or enlarge the size of the printed document.

Thanks for answering shadowsports.
I am actually just trying to make a copy, not print. When I make a regular copy, I just hit the start button, without using the software.
On my last printer, a Canon MX300, I could use the menu on the machine to scale the copy and also adjust the darkness of the copy. Is that not possible on this newer machine??
Thanks! 🙂
