So, how are we supposed to fix the Magenta that won't print on new printers? I have a new cart and have only used the one that came with it and it won't print with red. Seems like others are having the same problem from my web searches.
I too am having this problem. Canon sent me a new print head which I can not isntall what gives Canon?? You sent me this as a warrenty replacement for the MG5320 and it is basiclly useless since it will not print red!!! Can you send me a MG5320 that printed red at least!!
How do you get Canon to answer questions and correct new printer issues? It seems like this model needs a recall. I have Canon for years, now they are junk?
