Greetings, I'm really frustrated here, I just purchased the Pixma G5020, began setup, filled the tanks with the ink that was provided and I'm getting an 1642 error that both the Yellow and Cyan inks are low. I literally have them filled to the top but I can't seem to get any further in setting this thing up because of this error. Has anyone had any experience with this? The ink levels are topped off, I don't know what else to do. I've tried resetting it, unplugging it and I'm still getting the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

I contacted support and they walked me through a few fixes, nothing seemed to work, so they are sending a new one.
