Printing on pro platinum with G3160?

Is it possible to print on pro platinum paper using a G3160? This type of paper is not showing in my list and I want to make sure I don’t damage the printer. Also, what paper should I choose that is compatible?

if not possible, what is the best paper that I can  get for the G3160 for glossy and pro prints? I need to print **bleep** like quality photos or higher.

It won’t damage the printer. Try using one of the two Canon glossy paper selections or Other Glossy Photo Paper if that is an option. 
If you intend to use that paper a lot you could order a custom ICC profile.
