Dear Canon Support,
I am formally requesting escalation regarding my Canon TR4720 printer, which continues to fail after repeated standard troubleshooting. This printer was installed on a Mac Mini.
I have already performed multiple printhead cleanings, deep cleaning cycles, and printhead alignments, yet the print quality remains consistently unacceptable. The output is defective, with missing content, faded areas, and irregular printing that clearly indicates a hardware or internal ink system issue.
This is no longer a basic configuration problem. I have exhausted the recommended user-level corrective steps, and the printer is still not functioning properly. I am therefore requesting a warranty review, repair, or replacement option as appropriate.
I have attached sample prints that show the defect. Please confirm the next steps and advise what documentation you require to process this claim.
Sincerely,

TR4720 print quality issues are usually one of three things—clogged print heads, driver conflict after a Windows update, or ink cartridge recognition problems if third-party cartridges are involved.
The first thing worth trying is running the deep cleaning cycle twice from the printer maintenance menu rather than just once because a single cycle often does not fully clear partial clogs on the color channels. After the second clean, do a nozzle check print and compare the pattern against a clean reference to see which specific channels are affected.
If the nozzle pattern looks clean but output quality is still off, the driver is usually the culprit. Uninstalling completely through Device Manager rather than just the standard uninstall and doing a fresh download from Canon's site directly rather than Windows Update tends to resolve driver-related quality issues more reliably.
What does the print quality problem look like specifically: streaking, color shift, or missing sections entirely?
