Hi, I just got a Pixma MX390. I follow the instruction in the software cd (downloaded driver from web site also) I plug the usb cable and turn on the printer - nothing happens, the installation does not detect my printer. Tried with 3 different cables, other USB ports - nothing I have windows 7 64 bit sp1. In the Device Manager I have an icon for MX390 series with a yellow exclamation mark on it, even if I try to uninstall it - nothing happens Any help??
