Pixma mg6320 won’t power on

This printer won’t power on.

I was in process of replacing cartridge. I took out the cartridge and closed the printer. In response to prompt, I stopped the pending job.

After this, printer turned off and won’t power on.

I’ve removed cable and replugged in. Outlet works fine.

Any suggestions?

The product is no longer supported. This forum is my only hope.

Knowledge base has no solution for this except to call support (and product is it supported)

Hi Cetest83,

Please make sure that both ends of the power cord are securely connected.  Also, please try connecting your PIXMA MG6320 to a different power outlet.  If your PIXMA MG6320 still does not power on, it would, unfortunately, require service.

You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.  This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.  This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.

To help you get up and running quickly, we also offer free standard shipping (if the order is completed by 12:30 PM ET).  If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 seven days a week, 8 am to Midnight.  Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
