I bought a brand new printer yesterday. It will not print magenta although all cartridges are NEW, FULL and GENUINE Canon.
Nozzle check showed no magenta was reaching the page at all. I have tried cleaning twice and still notning. Is the cartridge faulty or is the BRAND NEW Canon printer that is faulty?!

Check that any plastic that the ink cartridge was wrapped in was fully removed. Some cartridges have a tiny vent hole on the top and incomplete removal of wrapping can block that hole.
