Pixma TS6220 Printing poorly

My cannon started printing poorly to the point where you cannot even read the text. I have changed all ink cartridges, cleaned the head, deep cleaned the head, did an aligner adjustment, cleaned the rollers, and ran the troubleshooter. I am at a complete loss. I use my printer daily so I need to get this working again ASAP

I have the same issue. I asked the BOT several different ways to speak to a human and it just kept saying it didn't understand me.
