My printer is not printing what is shown in print preview. In some cases, it’s printing nothing at all. A blank page. Some instances, it prints partial portions of what is supposed to be printed. I have tried troubleshooting, cleaning, aligning and I cannot seem to fix the problem. And it’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone at Canon USA. Can anyone help me fix this problem?
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which applications you're printing from. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Please follow the steps on this page to print a Nozzle check:
Once printed, please compare your printout with the example on this page:
If you are missing the grid at the top or any of the color bars, please make sure that each ink tank contains ink. When you have confirmed that, the next step would be to perform 2 deep cleanings:
After the cleanings are complete, please print another Nozzle check:
If the Nozzle check still does not print correctly, your PIXMA TS5320 would require service.
