Pixma TR8520 suddenly stopped printing black. Have done cleaning and deep cleaning multiple times. Test pattern shows black and all colors. Printing a page with color and black results in color only. I've re-installed driver. There is definitely plenty of ink. Help!!!

Since reinstalling the driver did not resolve the issue, I recommend to have this issue looked at by our support team.
