Printer purchased June 2022 and now poor print quality (faded/miscolored). I dont even print everyday. I make stickers. So, I followed site directions to remove and replace print head; purchased same model. Now ERROR message says "Printer needs repair service". Why?

It sounds like a internal hardware issue that would require service.
