Pixma MX490 Error Code 1684

Replaced black ink cartridge and get error code 1684.  When I put the new cartridge in, it beeped so I put it in correctly.  I have tried powering down and restarting, but no joy.  I am running Win 11.

thanks, I already compared it to the one I replaced and there was a difference, so I returned to from the vendor and they shipped me one that worked.
