Pixma MG6620 Connection Issue


Hi there.

I'm having an issue connecting to cloud services, which I use for tasks like scanning documents to my google drive. When I tap on the Cloud option from the main screen, it will say "Communicating..." for about a minute until this error appears: "Cannot connect to the server. Please wait a while and try again."

I'm able to send documents to the printer from my phone and laptop over wifi so I know it's connected. Have tried resetting all settings and reconnecting to my router, but this didn't help. Any suggestions?



Hi, MikeHW!  Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG6620 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
