I have run the various print head / drivers cleaning and scanning and the like, however, when I print into this printer the wording is always double printing on top of each other, making it fuzzy, then I get scrambled characters in other areas. Not sure what to do here....tried everything! We don't use this often and it just won't work!

Blurry printing can be caused when the encoder/timing strip inside your PIXMA MG3620 is smudged. Cleaning this will resolve the issue.
To clean the encoder/timing strip, please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article:
