I have had three of these printers in a row and I love them. I have had this one for about 3 years. It now seems to be overheating. It only prints blank pages. I have changed both ink cartridges. Does it just need cleaning?

Hi stattad,
If your iP1500 is not printing correctly and the ink tanks contain ink, have you performed printhead cleanings?
If you have performed cleanings and the printhead may need replacing. The printhead is the part that both ink tanks are inserted into. Replacing this may resolve this issue.

Hi stattad,
As this may be a safety issue, please disconnect the power cord to your iP1500.
