Hello, I am trying to troubleshoot my Pixma G7020. It has only 1100 pages on it since I bought it, and still has plenty of ink.
The issue is, when printing documents usually by the 2nd or third page, the black output is heavily degraded and faded out. I've tried doing alignment check and have tried both standard and deep clean functions of the printer to try to resolve the issue. Color head works fine. Is it possible I may just have a faulty black print head? If so, what is the part number I need to replace it?

I'd like to add that I have updated to the latest firmware, which I believe is 1.030.

Hi Koori,
Because performing multiple printhead cleanings did not resolve this issue, please perform an ink flush. To perform this, please follow the steps on this page:
