My Pixma is a few years old and I've never had much trouble with it. Today I was printing stuff for my classroom and everything that should be green is printing yellow. The blues are also giving off pink tones. The inks still seem to be at a pretty high level- the only one that is below half is black. I've also run the cleaning cycles and all that and nothing changes. Is there something that I'm missing? Would a low black level affect those colors?

Welcome.
To clarify your posting - you said you ran the cleaning cycles. Did you print a nozzle check? Does it look correct?

I did not- I just ran the nozzle check. On print head L, there's nothing showing on gray and the black looks gray. On print head R, there's nothing that's printed on cyan.

OK. If you ran three deep cleanings and nothing changes then you are probably looking at a new print head.
If that's the case then you have nothing to lose by trying so of the head cleaning hints on YouTube.
