Pixima TS9120 not printing envelope

The rear tray refuses to acknowledge the #10 envelope and tells me the paper size is not as listed but doesn't allow me to change the paper size to the envelope size.

To print on envelopes with your PIXMA TS9120, please follow the steps provided in the manual:

Thank you for the information.  Though it was a good start it did not result in the problem being resolved.  It seems that I had to go to a 'copy' of the installed printer to have it work correctly.  As that happened, I would think it has to be a conflict between Canon and MicroSoft.  Oh, the reason it took so long to reply is shortly after I posted and your answer I had my ssd ("c" drive for me) go out, resulting in a brand new installation of Win10.  That is why I believe there to be a conflict in the two companies code.
