PIXMA TR8620a Trying to print 5x7 envelopes... HELP!

Using my TR8620a trying to print 5x7 envelopes. It keeps telling me that I have no paper with support code 1000. I've changed the current rear tray settings to all different combinations trying to get it to work and always it tells me I have no paper even though I DO!!!! I change the settings on my macbook and it is still not working. Please help!

Hi joanieszcz,

To clear the 1000 error you are experiencing, please follow the steps on this page:

TR8600 series > List of Support Code > 1000

Once cleared, please follow the steps on this page to load envelopes:

TR8600 series > Handling Paper, Originals, Ink Tanks, Memory Card, etc. > Loading Paper > Loading En...
