I have a Pixma TS 8222 that has been used only very lightly over the last year or so. Now we want to use it as our primary printer/scanner, but I cannot get the 1300 Error - paper jam - to go away.
I have followed the instructions for clearing all paper jams 8-10 times. I've examined the interior closely with a flashlight. I am nearly positive there's no paper in it whatsoever.
I have unplugged the printer multiple times, and left it unplugged for 5-10 minutes. Every time I turn it back on, I get the same paper jam error all over again.
Is there a way to reset this printer? Or is there something else I need to do?
