So that the Community can help you better, we need to know which Canon printer model you're using, which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof), and whether you're attempting to connect your printer to your computer via Wi-Fi or USB. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

CANNON TS 8050
WINDOWS 7
BOTH USB AND WIFI
THIS PROBLEM SEEMS TO HAVE STARTED SINCE I HAD TO CHANGE MY MONITOR WHICH HAD PACKED UP
PRINTER WAS WORKING OK BEFORE THIS CHANGE IS THERE ANY CONNECTION.
DO I NOW NEED TO CHANGE MY PRINTER ?

The TS8050 is not a model that is sold here in the United States. If you are outside of the United States, visit www.canon.com to visit the website for the Canon contact center in your area. Once there, download and install the "MP Drivers" for your product from that website.
