PRINTER PIXMA TS9020 DOES NOT PRINT

Suddenly, my printer does not print the Cyan color nor the Black color. I have performed 3 regular cleanings and several deep cleanings and this resulted for the grey color now not showing either. I must have printed the nozzle check pattern 10 times after each cleaning and nothing changes. All cartridges are full of ink and I even replaced the missing colors with new cartridges. But nothing helps. it is the same problem over and over again. When I print a 1 page document, it prints in red / pink ink.

CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM. It seems that it keeps happening with this printer to many people. The cleanings are useless because it does not unclog the nozzle on the print heads.

I am quiet disappointed because the printer is 3 years old and I usually use it 2 or 3 times a week for a few documents.  If I am forced to change printer, I will need one which can use my ink cartridges which 271 and 270 because right now I am left with opened boxes new ones for over $150.

Hi DOMOSERGIO,

Because replacing the ink tanks and performing multiple printhead cleanings did not resolve this issue, your PIXMA TS9020 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
